One of the few survivors in St Laurent of the French socialist job destruction machine sweeping through the Riviera now (2017 target: Juan-les-Pins). After a seven-month renovation (during which the entire Var was forced to tear down and rebuild their properties on a smaller scale to not encroach on the sidewalk of "the people"), they reopened this May with about 40 fewer spots (though with a bigger terrace), but thankfully the quality of the food is still great (and yes Derek, the bathroom is better too!). The service here is top notch, and not only are the servers great but the owner is also very friendly; you'll see him walking around and checking on the tables to make sure everything is going well. Make sure to get their oysters, some of the best I've had in the area.

A nice fish restaurant that has existed for over 40 years. Wonderful staff. Made to order. Had the lobster linguine with a lobster bisque sauce definitely not the lightest thing on the menu but couldn’t help myself. The fresh nectarines with in a verveine “soup” was perfect for dessert. A quieter more local side of the cote d’azur life.

The right place to enjoy fresh and delicious seafood in the French Riviera. We absolutely loved all the dishes, including the desserts. Great staff and very friendly service. Strongly recommended!

Beautiful service, the team is very friendly and welcoming they make their clients feel at ease. The plates are very generous and the food is delicious. The atmosphere is casual. Prices are fare, 39 euros for a menu (appetizers, main course, dessert) for a sea food restaurant I think it is very faire. All in all, I recommend this place. P.S. : the wc is very clean, a detail I always mention in my reviews because if the WC is clean that is a strong indicator that the kitchen is clean too.

We have been planning to visit this restaurant for a long time. It was recommended to us by many people, especially as it is not far from our house and it is a nice walk along the sea. Came for lunch and got the specials of the day. It was great! Loved all the dishes, both fish and poultry. Very good service. Met Philippe, he is a real charmer! Great food, great lunch and a great mood! Thank you! We'll come here.

Very nice place! The waiter welcomed us with warm and funny charme. The food was great, especially the seafood. We had linguine with lobster and fish filet, some raw marinated sardines and oysters as starters. After diner we also had a nice talk with the german-iranian couple sitting next to us, which just shows how welcoming the whole atmosphere here was. A very wholesome experience, we‘re looking forward to come back.

Le Sant’Ana offers a rich selection of unpretentious, tasty dishes. The location has its pros and cons: it’s close to the sea, just on the Saint Laurent harbor, but restaurants here lack personality. Sant’Ana by the way is one of the nicest. Here you can find fresh seafood but also good quality meat. The menu has this kind of ‘90 nostalgia vibes (lobster, profiteroles, frites) so maybe a modern twist wouldn’t be bad, but we definitely enjoyed our stay. My personal check: the toilette was just renovated, really really tidy.
